My love of color, fibers, textiles and machine artistry has deep family roots. My grandmother constructed and designed many of my “special’ dresses and my mother was a talented artist. They both helped mold me into the woman and artist that I am today. As an accredited Jenny Haskins Instructor, classes are offered on many Haskins unique embroidered projects. One of my quilts “SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW” was recently published in issue #24 of Haskins’ Creative Expressions. Brother International also commissioned me to design and embroider the quilt shown on the cover of their Embroidery Design Card #76.
